Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Kabel offers a 30-day free trial for all new users. During the trial period:

  • No credit card is required to start your trial
  • You have full access to all features
  • You can cancel at any time without any charges
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access until your subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

To cancel your subscription, go to Dashboard > Subscription and click the "Cancel Subscription" button, or contact us at support@kabel.co.za.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Kabel. Our refund policy is as follows:

Eligible for Refund

  • First payment refund: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund of your first payment.
  • Service issues: If you experience significant service outages or technical issues that prevent you from using Kabel, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged in error or charged multiple times for the same period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the first payment
  • Subsequent monthly payments after the first billing cycle
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team:

  1. Email us at support@kabel.co.za
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant transaction details

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account will be placed in a read-only state
  • You can still log in and view your data
  • You can export your data at any time before deletion
  • Your data will be permanently deleted 90 days after subscription cancellation
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If prices change:

  • You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • The new price will take effect on your next billing cycle
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree
